"...thanks for the Green River tour.
I had an amazing time."
- K. Small, BC, Canada

If you’re busy exploring Whistler’s amazing offerings and only have a few hours, then take a trip down the Green River. It’s the perfect introduction to paddling with some roller-coaster action included.
The Green River gives visitors to Whistler an opportunity to experience whitewater rafting and still have time to enjoy Whistler's many other attractions. The Green's moderate, fun-filled rapids with its panorama of stunning snowcapped peaks make this a memorable experience. On the placid waters of Green Lake, just 5 miles (8 km) from Whistler Village, rafters have an opportunity to practice and synchronize their paddle strokes before starting the downriver voyage. The 4.5-mile (7 km) Green River raft trip is a favorite with Canadians as well as foreign visitors.
