Go Rafting!

Whitewater rafting in the spectacular Whistler area attracts paddling enthusiasts from around the world. Our success is due to a crew of experienced guides that come back year after year, the family-style friendliness of our employees, and tours suited to all abilities.

Whether you are looking for family float trips, an introduction to whitewater or for something more extreme, we have just the right excursion. Go rafting with Whistler's most experienced and longest operating river outfitter.

Base Camps

Whistler Base Camp

For your comfort and convenience, our Whistler Village base (located in the Whistler Gondola Building at the bottom of Whistler Mountain) offers change-rooms, washrooms, storage and a retail store - all within walking distance of most Whistler hotels.

Elaho Base Camp

Elaho Base CampIf you are joining our Elaho-Squamish River trip, you will enjoy the convenience of Whistler River Adventures' river-side base camp. We provide comfortable and private outdoor change rooms and toilets located close to the river put-ins.

Our base camp is also the perfect place to dry-off following your river adventure.

Equipment

Our inflatable 12-18 foot long rafts are all self-bailing, enabling crews to run more aggressive whitewater routes.

Paddle Raft ConfigurationPaddle Rafts:  Everyone joins in paddling on these boats. The guide sits in the rear and calls out commands to the paddlers. This style of rafting requires enthusiastic participation from all passengers.

Oar Raft ConfigurationOar/Paddle Rafts:  The guide "rows" the boat and is assisted by paddling guests. Passengers may also choose to just "hang on".
